At Fuzzy muzzle, I am dedicated to creating the best possible learning experience for you and your dog. Providing positive and reward-based training that builds a strong bond between you and your canine companion. I will guide you, but cannot guarantee specific results, as every dog is different. However, all dogs and guardians training success depends on active participation, commitment and consistency. You, the canine guardian, agree not to use any aversive techniques or tools, eg, prong/choke or e-collars or slip leads, anti-bark devices or physical punishment. As this does not align with Fuzzy muzzle training philosophy.

By booking any service, the client confirms tht they have: Read and understood the payment and refund policy. Agree to make payment according to the terms outlined. Accept the conditions regarding refunds and any oustanding payments

Fuzzy muzzle reserves the right to refuse service to any dog or owner at any time. Fuzzy muzzle or Angela Ackling is not qualified to provide medical, nutritional or veterinary advise. The information provided is not intended as such. Any such advise should be sought out by a medical or nutritional professional.

Payment

All online, self study courses are protected by a 14 day money back guarantee. However you must provide video evidence of yourself practicing at least two training sessions from each training module. In addition explain why the programme was not effective for you. Upon receiving a refund, all access to any training material will be revoked.

Online Courses that are provided as part of in person one-one training, refunds are not available as they are provided as part of the in person training.

Photo's and diagrams from other sources have been credited to the original source. If uncredited they are either personal or sources freely available from Canva/Pixabay. Any music is from Canva/YouTube and credited to source.

Terms

Permission is granted to use the materials on Companies web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
